Eco-friendly packaging – Patch’s
I decided to make an environmentally friendly packaging showcasing eco-friendly bandages made from bamboo fibres. It is made with sustainable and organically grown bamboo, these bandages are hypoallergenic, plastic free, and latex free. The box itself is made with biodegradable materials, but it is mainly sustainable because it’s recyclable, biodegradable, and made from renewable resources such as agricultural by-products, leaving no waste behind. The design itself is simple and direct, showing the bandages, its sustainability, targeted to everyone, and the packaging looks eco-friendly with the earthy tones of the background. Wanting to let people know what they’re getting, I decided to show the sizes of each bandage as well as give a small description on its friendliness. The stand’s cardboard is produced from agricultural by-products such as rice, cereal, and sugarcane waste which can achieve a sturdiness comparable to traditional virgin-fiber cardboard, making it a viable, high-performance, and eco-friendly packaging solution.
